Alliance for a sustainable canteen (Bündnis für eine nachhaltige Mensa)
The alliance advocates a more sustainable food supply in the canteens in Tübingen. The alliance demands a reduction of the meat-containing food supply and a larger offer of vegan dishes, which are so far not available every day in all canteens. Besides the vegan dishes have to be the cheapest of the day.
The alliance consists of members of several other local initiatives who stand up for a sustainable future.
